Rules & Procedures

Zoom Appearances:

Attorneys, parties, self-represented parties, and court-approved witnesses may appear remotely via Zoom (Court Call is not accepted). In-person appearance is required for trials and evidentiary hearings, including default prove-up hearings, unless the Court authorizes otherwise. To appear remotely, you must register by 3:00 PM the court day before your hearing. Late registrations will be denied. If approved, you will receive a Zoom link by 5:00 PM the day before your hearing. No advance notice is needed for in-person appearances.
